Office of Prevention and Wellness: Dry January Program
Happy new year and welcome back to campus! January is an exciting time, a new month full of goals and ambitions, but also a stressful time, as the semester picks up and it feels all but impossible to maintain one’s goals of working out once a week, or trying to go to bed before 1AM. The Office of Prevention and Wellness is looking to support you through a fun and engaging dry January program. This program looks to support any students who seek to either cut out or limit alcohol consumption during the month of January. However, the tools and resources are things you will always have access to and be able to utilize. After signing up via google form, you will receive a mocktail recipe book, a calendar with some events you can participate in throughout the month, and some miscellaneous tips and tricks for how to start the new year in a place where you are connecting with yourself and maintain your health and wellness.
