The Office of Information Technology offers a wide variety of services to the campus community. We provide all active Valpo students, faculty and staff with Google Suite Access and can create Microsoft 365 and Zoom accounts upon request.*

*Important Reminders about University Accounts:

  • All accounts are owned and maintained by Valparaiso University and only available to active student, faculty and staff
  • IT staff do not maintain the Gmail@Valpo services; all Google Apps sites and services are managed and updated by Google staff. To check the status of any Google App, please check the Google Apps Status Dashboard at: google.com/appsstatus


University Technology Purchasing


All university technology requests are processed through the ITicket system regardless of the general ledger account.  

To expedite service, please have the following information available or included when submitting a request:

  • Internet orders: Quantities, and links to items
  • Specific vendor: Quote
  • General Ledger account to be charged
